Friends of Highland Arts is a nonprofit community organization with a mission to bring people together to celebrate and support the arts in our schools and community
The Highland District Council’s (District 15 – Saint Paul, MN) mission is to foster opportunities for the people that live, learn, work and play in Highland Park to engage and connect with neighbors, businesses and local government and to help build a more vibrant, welcoming, and safe neighborhood.
The Highland Business Association (HBA) was chartered in 1953 and has promoted business, trade, and civic leadership ever since. Formed by local business owners, the non-profit HBA continues to work with not only local property owners but also the City of St. Paul to keep the Village a thriving place to work and live.
The Community Reporter has been serving the West End neighborhoods, downtown St. Paul to Fort Snelling since 1972. A nonprofit newspaper published and managed by a corporation of community volunteers.
The Villager was founded in 1953 as the Highland Villager, after Saint Paul’s Highland Park neighborhood, and is the oldest community newspaper in the Twin Cities.
